2 months after I moved into my remodeled home, I received a visit from a subcontractor looking for payment for the quartz that was installed in my home. I paid my bill in full with my contractor and he apparently decided to keep it and not pay the bill of $4095.

Refund Mr. H can either refund me and I will get the bill paid, or he can pay the bill and provide me a paid in full receipt.
