We have never heard of this complaint from [redacted] ***He joined the plan online and has never called us to ask for helpWhat he is experiencing is a common issue due to the fact that [redacted] Dental Plan is a re-seller of the [redacted] planAll of the dentists would know the plan as [redacted] ***We include that information in the mailed material as well as list it on the website but often times people don't read what we mail themOn the members ID card it states that this plan is the [redacted] planIf he had shown the dental office his card he would not have had this misunderstanding.If the member called us to express his concern we would help him by explaining the program to him and also calling his selected provider to make sure he does not have any issuesIf the member doesn't call us we can't help himHe shouldn't just declare advertising when he has not made an attempt to discuss with us the issueWe handle calls like this daily and have a 100% resolution for each call
After administrative review of the phone call we determined that *** *** is due a full refundAs of today 2-**-we have given *** *** a full refund back onto his credit card and will send him a copy of the refund transaction
