The worst company I have ever worked with. I moved out and was given no notice of anything. A month passed nothing I have called weekly (for 2 months!) now to inquire about my security deposit. They are telling me 3 months after I moved out that I have an $1100 balance for my gas bill which I was told it was completely electric I only needed to pay PECO & wifi. I am proceeding with legal litigations against this company just to get my security deposit back.

Andrew B, owner of Hartsville Realty is the president of our homeowner's association at ***. We have had numerous issues here that he refuses to properly deal with. Current issues include but are not limited to: snow and ice removal/maintenance and repair of outside building and parking lot lighting. These are things that greatly impact the safety and security of all residents and he has repeatedly ignored our requests to fix them. The rear parking lot lighting has been improperly functioning since at least the summer, as well as an outside light on my building that has been completely out for roughly the same time. Two days ago, we had a light snowfall that he failed to have anyone come out to maintain. Last night, I slipped and fell outside because of this and sustained minor injuries. I promptly called him and told him what happened, stating that we need someone out immediately to treat the lots and walkway areas. He said "we're on it" and hung up the phone on me. He never even asked if I was injured and okay. This morning I called him again to follow up on these issues, as well as get the contact information for the condo board members. He told me that at his home he has a bucket of ice salt and that I should take some personal responsibility and do the same. He then said that he would not take any more of my calls and hung up again. My elderly mother owns this property, but I am disabled and the one living here. This is not what I the pay condo fees for. She is ready to legally have me put on as co-owner, but this is something we shouldn't have to do in order to get basic things done here. My mother is elderly and he pushes her off whenever there is an issue. I am disabled and he knows this, yet he repeatedly disrespects and ignores my requests for simple assistance in resolving various issues here. Many other people here are experiencing the same sort of problems with him as well.
