The guest stayed at this hotel in mid June and they did not have any complain that timeThey complained to Red Roof Corporation in Ohio after months, 09/14/saying that their new house that they moved in(Don't know when), is infected by bugs and they had to call pest control and the professional told him that could be from one of the hotel they may have stayed in pastNow it is not proved that could be from Red Roof Inn in Tinton FallsThe room that they stayed in June, was rented many times in past months after they checked out and no guest had complained about any bed bug activityWe do also have professional pest control service for regular maintenance and in last 2-months, they treated the same room once as part of regular service that [redacted] stayed in, and the report was all clearedI have provided the report to the guest and Red Roof Corporate as wellI can also provide you that report if I have the facility to upload the document hereIf the guest had complained within a week of their stay, I could have called in pest control specially to inspect the same room and if had found any activity, I would not mind to refund all money to the guestBut now after months, I mean it is hard to believe that their problem is due to stay at Red Roof Inn Tinton FallsWe believe in providing best customer service and our reviews on major travel sites are very good

The room that they stayed in June, was rented many times in past 3 months after they checked out and no guest had complained about any bed bug activity.
