Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:This response is a non-response as it fails to address the error of accepting a $!!! hyper inflated plumbing estimate to repair what even the office manager admitted was a simple wall leak that required less than hours to repairFor anyone looking for a property manager, this company could cost you plentyBUYER BEWARE!! Actually we had managed the property for years with very few problems. The few maintenance items that had occurred had been a problem every time! We explained and explained everything to him, but he contacted the tenants directly, but would not take the time to contact the people that
did the work to ask them for a "more detailed" explanation as we suggested many times! He just continued to badger us. We finally realized that it was time for the relationship to be over, as it was just to stressful to deal with. We gave him notice to transition to a new managerhelped with the transition and wished him good luck. Thank you!
