[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]There are sprinkler heads missing from the right side of our driveway according to our inspection in comparison to the plans submitted.They were never installed and Will was not present during the irrigation installation nor the installation of the sod or flower bedsThe flower bed on the left front side of the house was always too low as shown and noted by a state licensed inspector on 5-19-only days after the wall was startedIt shows months of erosionThe retaining wall actually has helped with the drainage. It was also noted by a second licensed state inspector on 6-11-that the sprinkler heads were too close to the foundation and needed to be moved 12"-16" away from the foundationWill, nor anyone else from Outdoor Perfection ever came to see the finished work or to see the issues with the low flower bed, lack of swell, or to even test the irrigation system and confirm all heads were actually installed per plans Also I'd like to note that ** *** & Sons left us Outdoor Perfections business card when they came out to inspect the issues (along with many others) therefore placing the blame back on Will and his company

The number of zones promised to the homeowner were preformed and the sprinkler system was filed with the [redacted]. What we filed and what was inspected have to match perfectly, otherwise the [redacted] will make you file a variance. Because the city cleared it, means the system matched all...
filings. After the landscaping was installed, the homeowner added a retaining wall to the property. Which in turn, led to drainage issues due to the land needing to be re-graded. We have a wonderful relationship with [redacted] and continue to work with them. [redacted] made no such comments placing the blame on Outdoor Perfection. We also have not heard a word about these issues until this complaint was filed on Revdex.com. What this homeowner is claiming against us is false.
