I was desperate for a transcriber for court depositions and my transcriber had died I saw several advertised on Amazon and I called the company, Voxeagle in Florida to ask some questions about their advertisement on a machine that I thought was just what I needed I talked with a very nice, polite gentlemen down there and he told me all about it I agreed to buy it and he had it sent to me very shortly after I talked with him I have used the transcriber for the past several weeks and it is exactly what the man I talked with said that it was I love it I would like to give this company and the man which whom I talked a high five star review Both he and the machine are exceptional and I love doing with business with people who really care about what you want and try hard to be sure you are pleased My name is [redacted] I live in North Carolina and the man with whom I talked whose name was Nelson was very professional and knowledgeable about the product If I need items for my work again, I will surely call him

As to above complaint Mr*** credit card was charged instead of and a full refund of was issued at the time of transaction and a copy was made available to the customer but since this transaction was made on Saturday and our system does not close til that night and being the
following day that was Sunday nothing would take effect til the following Monday and depending on the banks it can take up to hours for credit to be posted on the customers account, as to the overdraft fee he should discussed that with his bank as we in the store level issued the refund right away at the time of transaction.
