Dear Revdex.com,In the morning of 9/17, Ms [redacted] came in with her carIt was evident that her car has not been washed for a whileShe asked for the $car wash, and we informed her that it will not do the job in this situationInstead, we recommended our Express wash and gave her 10% off from the gas receipt.Our procedure is to remove the antenna So it will not be damaged during the washThe antenna was left in the front seatWe also have a sign that says we are not responsible for damage to anything loose,or preexisting damage in the front of our tunnel.After the car was washed, Ms [redacted] told us there still has bird droppings on her vehicle and wanted to refund the moneyHowever, all the spots were not bird droppings, but tree sap stains, which are more stubbom in natureWe informed her that tree sap stains can't come off with standard wash that she paid forMs [redacted] did not accept our explanationShe followed my wife and around our car wash demanding in an obnoxiously loud voice that we retum her money when we've already fulfilled the service.she then blocking our driveway, preventing our Customers to drive into our car washWe requested her to move her vehicle to other spot at our car wash but she refusedIt was then that I asked my wife to call the police because Ms[redacted] was becoming an annoyance on our property and affecting our businessWhen she saw the police approaching our property, she drove off.Since we have already fulfilled the ask-which was remove bird droppings from the car, we don't think we are in the wrong here.Police case # [redacted] Regards,Spancer Pan Harv's Express Car Wash
