On 10/11/My daughter attended kumon at this centerMy daughter Expressed having difficulty with the work given to herMy daughter states that her instructor was helping her but she continued to have difficulty.My daughter stated that her instructor said "stupid"My daughter indicated that only herself and the instructor was at the tableI am afraid that other children may be and/or have been hearing or be called names or be put down for having difficulty understandingThis center is supposed to help children learn who maybe having challengesWords such as stupid should not be used or heard in any educational setting by any adult when helping a child

Merry Maids in Anchorage was disappointing from the beginning of our experience to the end. It started with the cleaners starting an hour late from the time they wanted. They also forgot cleaning supplies that they were supposed to provide themselves and we had to source supplies from our neighbors for them to work. They had already quoted us a steep price of $495 dollars for 5 hours worth of cleaning. $50 dollars of which was added on because we wanted them to clean our attached, one car garage. Our cleaners told us they were done an hour earlier than they anticipated for the house and when we came back to inspect the work we found the house was cleaned to a sub par standard and they had not even touched our garage, but instead pushed some of the dirt in the garage around using one of the brooms we had to find for them to use. To top this all off, we discovered they had stained and ruined our kitchen floor with the oven cleaner, and never informed us of the incident. Merry Maids re
