,We have received the information from the Revdex.com and are responding tothe concerns of the customer in Case # [redacted] .When the customer returned the product he did not contact customer service to obtainproper return instructions and sent the product back to the PO Box he sent his check to;our ordering centerThe ordering center then had to send the product to the warehouse,so it could be logged as a return and a refund issuedAs soon as the customer contactedcustomer service and made us aware of the situation; we added him to our refunds list, aswe do indeed have a day 100% money back guarantee; however, this is the time framethe customer has to try the product and make a decision on whether or not they are goingto keep it; depending on how the customer paid for the product, determines how long therefund process takesThe customer paid for the product via check not credit card, so wedo not have an immediate way to refund his accountIt did take five business days fromthe date that we received the check to cash it; however, it took time for the check to reachusOur time frame to process refund checks and get them out to the customer isfour to six weeks; however, we try to process them as quickly as possibleThecustomers' check refund has been made our top priority and we are expediting theprocess for him.Thank you,Harvard-Lewis Reseach
