they are now claiming I am lyingI have nothing to lie aboutI never got my keys to the apartment having paid what they told me to my first few visits to the officerOn the 3rd visit after paying the rest of my deposit, that's when they informed me about February's "pro/rate" which was $(the amount of a full months rent so I don't know how that's a "pro-rate" seeming as my move in date was the very last day of February anyway.) they're now saying they never had a fraud case against them with my bank which is completely falseMy bank filed fraud against them and shut down my entire account to protect me from them again. All I want is to never hear from this place againIf necessary, keep the security depositI want the other billings taken off my credit reports due to the fact that's unjust to charge me rent but not even allow me to live thereI had informed the property manager I wanted evicted and they still continued to charge me rentYeah, I was angry over the phone but rightfully so considering the matters and how I was treated by AngelAnd even after calling twice and asking to be evicted they still continued to charge meEven after all the emails and complaints, they still wouldn'tAnd takes great pride with the Revdex.com? Ha!! PleaseAll the reviews I've ever read about this place are horribleYou can tell someone for Harvard Square gets on google and writes a good review for themselves right after someone gives them a starSorry, but star apartments in Upper Arlington is NOT goodThis company has a lot of issues with honesty. If matters proceed to go this way with them I will be taking all evidence sent to and from the Revdex.com from them and myself, to court with a lawyer where I know 100% things will be brought to the light

Hello,I would just like to let you know that this has been professionallyresolved by the companyThis apparently was an error by a staff who is nolonger with them and a glitch in the computer system, but they were veryprofessional and fast in resolving the issue and I am completely satisfiedand
would like to remove my complaint.Thank you very much,

Ms. Weller:We are sorry that you are so unhappy; however, we categorically reject the allegations and outright fabrications made in your letter against Harvard Square Apartments. Fortunately, we possess meticulous documentation on this matter. It is our hope that we will be able to provide clarity...

and understanding regarding the situation for both yourself and the Revdex.com. Your application was completed on 02/20/2016, and the required $40.00 screening fee and $150.00 security deposit were provided. Attached is the Lease you signed for [redacted] #320. While reviewing the lease, we informed you that your monthly rent of $794.00 would be collected solely by means of the community based electronic funds program (Paragraph 2). You also signed the Recurring Debit Authorization Form (also attached), providing us with the banking information needed to set up this transaction. On 02/24/2016, our office contacted you regarding your application. Because you did not possess any verifiable previous rental history, we were able to offer an approval with the condition of a higher security deposit of $350.00. Agreeing to this was not a requirement, as your initial deposit of $150.00 would have been returned had you declined. You agreed and signed an updated lease (attached), with the additional $200.00 difference being due at the time of move-in. It should be noted that your lease commenced on 02/27/2016 and was to conclude on 02/26/2017.You visited our office on 02/29/2016 with intent to take possession of the apartment. While the balance of the security deposit and February’s pro-rated rent were provided, you did not have funds for the month of March. You were correctly informed that we could not give you possession of the premises until the outstanding amount was paid.Having yet to receive the due funds, you were sent a balance due invoice on 03/25/2016. On 03/28/2016, the property manager received a belligerent call from you regarding the balance due invoice. You were advised of your obligation to the signed lease agreement. Following several repeated threats of physical harm, the property manager ended the call.We received another angry call from you on 04/04/2016 regarding the automatic withdrawal of April’s rent. This transaction was agreed to per the terms of your Lease Agreement and your Authorization Form and does not remotely fall under the category of fraudulent activity. Your ACH for rent returned on 04/07/2016. Your bank did not return the transaction due to alleged fraud, but rather because the account had insufficient funds to cover the transaction. Following the return of your rent, you were moved out of our system as a lease skip.We stand behind the charges totaled on your Final Account Statement (attached). Your security deposit was retained due to your failure to fulfill the agreement. It should be noted that as a courtesy, you were only billed for the outstanding rent and the required 60 day move-out notice, rather than the full total of $9,528.00, as agreed to on your signed Lease. If the apartment is re-rented prior to the end of the 60 day period, the total on the Final Account Statement will be amended. Harvard Square Apartments takes great pride in our business practices, as evidenced by our history of consistent high marks with the Revdex.com.
