Review: I order a Nintendo DS game from this company and received the product. The game Chrono Trigger has internal codes with prevent pirated copies of the game from working. This code is in the warp screen which triggers anti-piracy code which does not allow you to pass this point. This game had the internal anti-piracy code triggered and the game would not past the warp screening meaning that the game was a forgery. TL:DR The game is fake, pirated software and the company wanted me to pay for shipping to return the item.Desired Settlement: I want to receive a full refund plus the price to return item.

Review: August **, 2013: Ordered Magic Knight Rayearth season 2 remastered from [redacted] marketplace - seller: Harvbooks. Estimated arrival : Sept *, 2013 September **, 2013: Contacted [redacted] marketplace, via email, about non-delivery of item. Got a reply asking for 3 business days so they can check on merchandise. September **, 2013: Still no delivery and still no reply. Charge has been disputed with credit company.Desired Settlement: Would like some correspondence from either Sears or Harvbooks, but I have a feeling this will only be a waste of time. Therefore, a refund would be in order ($31.71). Also, would like Sears to be more vigilant about keeping the status of their marketplace merchandise updated. I have a feeling this item was never in stock in the first place.

Review: I placed an order on www.harvbnooks.com for 6 DVD sets of Law & Order. The order was placed on March **, 2013, Invoice: [redacted]. This shipment was returned in its entirety on 4/**/2013 via UPS, tracking [redacted] . However, to date I have been only credited for 3 of the DVD sets. I am still owed an additional refund in the amount of $172.15. I have reached out to this retailer multiple times with no resolution.Desired Settlement: My remaining owed refund in the amount of $172.15.

Review: On the website Harvbooks.com, the product Batman Beyond: Complete Series was listed as brand new and factory sealed. The product was sold to me under those conditions. However, when I received the product, it was not new. The box containing the DVD case was ripped and tampered with in many areas. The DVD case itself was broken on the inside, and all but 3 of the 9 discs had significant scratch marks. Many of the discs won't even play while others skip througout. I contacted the seller, but the seller remained unresponsive after I asked for a refund on the product as well as the return shipping. This seller broke our contract, and I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the money I paid as part of our agreement. I paid him money for a brand new product. It wasn't a new (or even working) product, so our contract is void, and I need my refund.

Review: Made a purchase in June **, This company advertise their products on [redacted], I place my order and item was supposed to be deliver on June [redacted] today is July * and product was delivered to [redacted] zip code [redacted] I live in [redacted] my zip code is [redacted] I have repeatedly contacted [redacted] and they keep contacting them without success I have called both of their numbers one given to me by [redacted] and the one I found on your website both numbers ring and or busy. I believe this is a scam I spend $373 dollars on a PS4 bundle console system. I am not sure if contacting you would help my issue to be resolved please email me at [redacted] if you have a way for me to have a final resolution. Review: Ordered Dexter Complete Series Box Collection is what the picture showed when I placed the order. I only received the CD series. This isn't what I ordered and I have tried to email and call them. They have not answered my calls or emails. I only want what I ordered and will gladly send back what they have sent me.Desired Settlement: To get Dexter Complete Series Box Collection that I ordered. or return what was sent to me and get a refund.

Review: On September [redacted], I ordered 2 Sony PS3 controllers online from a company called [redacted]. When I received the shipment, I noticed that one controller worked fine, but the other one did not hold a charge. I contacted [redacted] via the listed email on September [redacted] and was told to send the bad controller back for a replacement. I asked about receiving a prepaid return shipping form (which I have received from good vendors in the past) and was told I would have to pay the shipping back to them. I thought this is a bad business practice since they were the ones that sent me a defective product and they should incur that cost. I went ahead and shipped the controller back to them (it cost me $12 to do so) on October [redacted] and it was delivered to them by UPS on October [redacted] at 7:30pm. On October [redacted], I sent another email asking about the status of my replacement and received a response from them on October [redacted] saying they had not received my return and would not send out a replacement until they received the return. The tracking # is [redacted] and it was signed for by [redacted]. I emailed the company (which is a residential location) and told them they should have the return, but have not received a response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the controller (one that is not defective) and a refund of my return shipment of defective product which was $12. I believe they should foot the bill for return shipping if they ship out a defective product, that should not be my expense for their defective products.

I sent an email to them on November [redacted] stating that the controller would not charge, like the previous one sent. I have not heard back from them. I will not pay to keep sending this thing back. Real bad business.

Review: ok it started when I first got the item that was ordered I right of way realized that the item wasn't what I had ordered and I called to talk to him to confront this issue and calmly told him that I had received my order but it wasn't the item I ordered and asked him does he have the item that I had put in the order for he placed me on hold so he can look for the item he comes back and tells me that he doesn't have that item so right of way it's false advertisement. so I tell him that on top of me not ordering this item it doesn't work so he tells me to send it back for a full refund and I ask him will he take care of shipping he said put it in there he will take care of that as well and said I should have that money back on the card within 3 days so I head to the post office and send the item back with the receipt and shipping charges and let things run its course so I let a few days past and realize there is nothing back on my card not even a pending charge so I call him back and ask him what is going with the transaction he tells me it will be in there sometime this week he said he couldn't give me a day and I can understand that no one knows specifics so I said ok and let it go another week and called him right before putting out this complaint asking what is going on with the transaction he tells me that he sent it through and asked him when he did so because i'm sure he would have a record of when he had done so and he tells me he didn't remember I let him know that I was getting upset and he said he didn't care and hung up on me I feel that is vary rude and a unprofessional way of running business.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money back that he owes me plus the shipping he said he was going to pay back and would like for someone to let him know that isn't a proper way to run a business and something should be done about it.
