I was waiting on another customer when she walked in and rudely announced that she was here to pick up her jacket. My customer at the time said to go ahead and he would wait. I found her jacket and gave it to her and she paid for it and left. I was not going to have a confrontation in front af another customer. I was trying to be polite, thank you. If she wanted her money back, all but the cost of the zipper, she should have said something. Like I said, I already gave her a 50% discount. I am sorry that this happened. I did give her a 50% discount because it took so long. I have been backed up because of some personal matters. I only charged her $20.00 a job that would otherwise would cost $50.00 plus $5.00 for the zipper. She never even talked to me when she was in. She was very...

rude when she walked in. I was with another customer and she came in and announced that she wanted her jacket now. I did call her on the 14th of Dec. She came in on the 12th of Jan. She obviously was not in a hurry in Dec. I do get behind sometimes, but if the customer asks for it I do move it up so it gets done when she needs it. She never told me she was in a hurry when she called. I generally do not tell anyone exactly when it will be done anymore because I end up getting in trouble. I ask when they need it.
