In response to complaint by Mr***, I had the service manager write up what happenedErrors were made at the time of Mr***'s visit to Harvest Equipment, at that time we were in transition of a new service manager, [redacted] not that excuses any faults that happened [redacted] did do the right thing by writing off any and all extra time/parts, as you can see in a copy of the invoice # [redacted] Mr***'s bill is at $260.90, at only a difference of $from original quote, so we do not see how we would be responsible to reimburse Mr***'s disputed amount of $ [redacted] , Office Manager

*** has told so many lies and I assure you just a week prior him receiving my car, I passed my emissionthe tow driver will not say my car was not running, for he saw me parking it as he drove up*** disconnected the air flow hose or something which made my car respond to codes instead of the two I initially started out with. What seem to be a small problem he escalated it by doing whatever he did. I do have proof as to my emission as well as the driver, neighbors, friends seeing me drive my car, minutes prior towing it in. As to my hitting him, that's bald faced lie and he knows it!! I was neither irate or loud....that would be him as to his report. I do not wish to be bothered, I sold the care he technically destroyed and bought a brand new one. This man got to be crazy, I will also obtain a report from the other repair shop as to his removing any parts or whatever he did to the car for it never sounded or drove that way, it smoked and everything...Only he knows what he didand he knows I am telling the truth, because I do not want to be bothered by this crazy man, I'm done unless he chooses to pursue anything for I have proof and can get more

Now hear is the rest of the story![redacted] brought here car in to me on a tow truck ( of her doing and choice) on 1/11/18 pm before we closed so I could hopefully have it done for her by noon the next day (Fri.). She had it scanned by someone else (not us) who had diagnosed...

the problem. She had informed us that it was the ant ring around the ignition that was here problem and she wanted to know if we could replace it (lkq) and how much it would cost because she had no money and couldn't afford much.  When the car got here it would start or run. The tow truck driver had informed us of that condition so we had to push it off and in the shop. So what happen between her house and my shop only god knows. If you like you can contact her tow co.   we then on Friday 7:00 am we replaced the ant ring and the car did run, but poorly so I called Patsy and informed her that her car was done and I had replaced the part that she had requested me to (as per owner) and it ran poorly. she said that that was ok she only needed it for a few months. I was only authorized to replace the ant ring. Anything and everything else wrong was not my problem or concern (this car has a lot of problems), I was not hired to repair her car or anything else other than the ant  ring of (which she told us it was bad)(she did not want to pay us to scan it again, she knows what is wrong with her car) we did and it did run ever so poorly as it my be.  she picked the car up and drove it to 29 th and capitol where it stalled out on her. She called me very upset (this is where the yelling started and it was her not me), I told her I would take one of my men and come and get the car so she did not have to pay another tow (remember she claims it ran before I got it) I told her I would look at it on Monday of which we did. She called me at 3:00 on Monday  wanting to know if it was done and then she started yelling again , so much so I could barley get a word in edge wise. I tried to explain to her the best I could that I had scanned her  car and there more codes in her car and I had already had 2.0 hours in it today and I still had more diagnostics to do before I could tell all the running problems her car was having ( this whole time she is yelling and screaming, having a hissy fix like a enraged 2 year old not letting me explain anything) I did explain that I didn't charge her for 2 men going and getting her car on Friday afternoon and I was not going to charge her for what I was doing at that point, but that didn't matter to her evidently. I told her that I would call her when I was finished with the diagnosis the next day.  Tuesday morning I came in and open up my mail to a csi report she had out giving me all 1 ( worst grade you can get) at that point I did call her up and told her that she can come pick her car and, that I will not work on it any more  being as there is no way that I can satisfy her being as she is so unreasonable. I didn't yell or scream at her as she claimed. I am sure she didn't like what I had to say but she is the one that escalated  it in to yelling and screaming. after that I got several text messages and phone calls all threatening. then she threatened me with the police /lawyers/b.b.b..  when she did come to pick up the car she started yelling and screaming at me as well threatened to have some one come see me soon! as well as yelling and screaming at me she hit me in the face (nose) the ironic thing is as she hit me in the face she is yelling "YOU BETTER NOT TOUCH ME" I THEN POINTED TO MY SERVALANCE CAMERA AND INFORMED HER SHE WAS ON AUDIO AND VIDIO . all the while yelling and screaming. she then left, only to come back inquire about a part my man left in her car to explain what was her main problem. (I is are part not hers from her car).  with all of her violent behavior as well as the personal threat she made to me that has prompted me to contact the police as well to inform them about what has gone on as well and I will seek legal advise as needed .   In closing as far as I am concerned I will not charge her for all the extra work I have done. But I did exactly what she had requested of me whether it fixed her problem or not, it was her diagnosis ,  so their will be no refund from me.  thank you[redacted]

right thing by writing off any and all extra time/parts, as you can see in a copy of the invoice #[redacted] Mr. [redacted]'s bill is at $260.90, at only a difference of $32.32 from original quote, so we do not see how we would be responsible to reimburse Mr. [redacted]'s disputed amount of $130.00. [redacted], Office Manager

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Let me simplify it for you [redacted], besides all of the mistakes your new service manager made the fact remains that the job was not done correctly or as quoted. I requested 3 spindles be replaced and I got 2. I requested the deck be leveled and it was botched. It was raised so high in the rear that the mowing level would not even go into the highest position. Was your technician in transitional well? I am a business man myself and this is simple. Your company botched this service job from start to finish. I did not get what I requested and paid for, period.
