I have been in this business since? Of the thousands of customers we have serviced all complaints have been handled satisfactorily.? After the customer beat us down on price, and upon delivery she demanded we move her old furniture to the garage with no thanks or customary tipThen she insisted she got the wrong set which was not true, and could not understand that it had to be plugged in.? She claimed the set on our floor was not plugged in which it was because it only comes in power.? We explained that battery packs were available at additional charge and could be installed by our service department.? She demanded we install and purchase the battery packs at no charge, which is a three hundred dollar value and plus two hour drive.? After threatening calls from her and her husband we gave in and to make her happy we made that concussion at no charge.? Upon installing battery packs in the home she now complained of her loveseat needed adjustmentMy brother who has been servicing Flexsteel for forty years made the small adjustment and said there was nothing wrong with itThe Flexsteel rep and our store have bent over backwards to make her happy but at this point we fill there's no pleasing her and we have closed the book on this customer and we recommend you do the sameRegards [redacted] ***?

ever word he told u is a lie an I will not close this first of all they made the deal with us , an it about hakf hr drive an no it brother did not adjust our couch he try pulling on the arms never did nothing an he told me to put baby power between the set, am I call owner an she told me that was not right she would order me another one an three weks later I called her an she told me she had to jump threw hoops so all I know she was ording me a new love set , we have been in other stores an they do not rub like our one does ,so know they need to make this right an they have been in business since yrs so therer is another lie they people have been turned into to Revdex.com times so what does that tell u I want my money back or to court we will go an I was told I would not have a leg to stand on, an also the batteries he talking about one want work on love set because it rubs so bad

I would like this to be processed as a complaint.  I would like my money refunded.  I signed no contract but have been told that since the chair was a special order, I was entitled to neither the cancellation of the order nor receipt of my money back.  The chair was ordered and paid...

for 08-31-2014.  I think five months is time enough to wait!

Chair received yesterday afternoon.  Still not happy about the lack of customer service but, for the most part, the issue is resolved.
