Please be advised that our office represents the interests of Matrix Harvest Glenn, LLC with respect to the above referenced complaint.  Our office has been retained to respond to Mr. [redacted].  Pleasebe advised that the Harvest Glenn Apartments disputes the allegations in the complaint....

 Harvest Glenn has timely responded to each and everyone work order which has been called in by Mr. [redacted] within all applicable time frames required under Ohio law.  Harvest Glenn is not amenable to compensating Mr. [redacted], as no compensation is legally due at this time. Harvest Glenn is willing to mutually terminate Mr. [redacted]’s lease effective November 30, 2015.  Please convey this information to Mr. [redacted].
