Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.To make this plain and simple to Hastings collision They showed gross negligence and gross incompetence in their lack of repairs to my vehicle They charged to repair and replace parts that were not replaced, they left parts broken, they lost parts and let a working part (my door light) in need of repair They showed little to no regard to making things right, they lacked follow up and customer service at each and every turn and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to them In conclusion they handed me my car back that they stated was complete and repaired 100%, yet if I as a customer had not been knowledgeable and diligent in checking over my vehicle I would have been duped and cheated as a customer with a broken and dis-repaired car My next step will be to contact the States Attorney Generals office with a formal complaint.Thank you for your time.Regards, [redacted]
Phone response - The undershield in question is a genuine BMW partThe whistling is something I was unaware of until receiving the Revdex.com complaintWe will need to see and test drive the vehicle to be able to determine the cause and address the issue of whistlingAs far as the $refund, I don't
believe that is a reasonable request as the repairs have been done
