Front Range Research sent out a survey form for home owners, I filled out the survey form on 10/20/and was supposed to receive a $gift card to either Macaroni Grill OR Chilis
It is now Aug 10, and have received nothing from this company I get paid per hour I would like them to send me the gift card that they offered Otherwise I wasted my time completing the survey and mailing it backI see that the company name changed, but its still the same company and if I do not get my gift card for $I will escalate this to higher authority to get a resolution
We purchased a water softener from Rain Soft they stated that if the water softner did not solve our water issues they would take it backWhen we tried to turn in our water softener they were not willing to work with us
When we purchaed the softener we had water that came from our well the softner did nothingWe had to buy a tap from the City to get good water, when this was done the city had to disconnect the softnerSo we called Rain Soft to come and reinstall the softner they showed up and did nothing said they would come back but have not its been months alreadyWe have not received any call yet they still take monthly payments out
The company sent a postcard with a survey to my address claiming if the survey is filled out and mailed back within 48hrs then you would receive a $Amazon gift cardI filled out the survey and mailed it out the day I received this in the mail and I know they received my completed survey because they called me asking if I wanted them to visit my home to test my waterI politely declined and have yet to receive my gift card and it's been monthsThis was clearly a ploy just to get my information and try to sell me something while lying about giving me a gift cardI would like my gift card as promised
A postcard was mailed to my home address reading "Welcome to your new home!" We have recently been trying to contact you regarding your welcome gift! The return address reads Front Range Research *** *** *** *** ** ***
After some research it became clear other people had received similar mailings and calls from the phone number on the postcardAll indicated it was Rainsoft who had called or when they had called the number on the postcardSince the address on the post card even matches the address listed with the Revdex.com it is obvious this is deceptive advertising
