Owner spoke with customer and issue is resolvedThere were no unauthorized charges to customers cardThe only charges was on the 7th of Novfor which she manually imputed her card numbers in to the payment gateway for product she was purchasing at a home party

I am aware of the situation with Mr. [redacted]'s orders with Harvest Pearls. Our office has spoken to him on several occasions about his orders and have explained to him the process. I also explained to him that several of his order were on backorder and gave an estimated date of when to expect the...

items to ship. Each time our office spoke with him he seemed to understand the situation. Our office even went to the extent to pull his orders from the home office that his order was actually at and get it to our office to make sure that we handled his order. I personally drove an hour round trip to get his orders to personally see this through for him and to make sure that I did my best to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. As of 4/17 all but one of his orders has been shipped to the address provided by Mr. [redacted]. The item he is still waiting on is the Breast Cancer Keychain and on our last talk I informed him of when those would be in stock and he advised me to call him and let him know when its ready and he would come to Glasgow to pick the order up being that he is located not far from my office. Our current estimated shipping time and also the shipping time when Mr. [redacted] ordered is 14-18 Business days after we receive the orders in home office. The office received Mr. [redacted]'s orders on March 14, Which is within our policy for the Reps to get their customers orders turned in after the party closes for payment. Mr. [redacted]'s orders did go 6 days outside of our shipping time but he was made aware of the issues of backorder as soon as possible. I believe that our company has done everything the correct way with letting the customer know about their items and responded to their calls in a timely manner.  [redacted]
