Harvest Power Solar Reviews (5)

As of March ***, 2017, Harvest Power has replaced the faulty SolarEdge inverter and installed a fully functional inverter, allowing the customer to receive the benefit the solar system will provide To recap, the system was installed in late November and commissioned in December The installation was done properly and in a professional and courteous manner Since December, it was detected that while the system was producing, it wasn't functioning to it's full capacity The error had to do with a faulty inverter, which was under warranty Harvest Power took their usual and customary steps to rectify the situation, staying in close contact throughout this time period When it was apparent the inverter needed to be replaced and the customer was unsatisfied with the speed of response, Harvest Power escalated the warranty claim with the manufacturer of the inverter, SolarEdge, and asked their VP of Administration, Tim Ivins to lead the response effort On March ***, Tim met with the customer after the faulty inverter was replaced and the outcome of that meeting was a positive one for both the company and the client We look forward to working with the client in the future and watching his system generate the savings he expects

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The system hasn't been fully operational since it was installed and it's completely dead nowIt hasn't produced any power since before the the complaintIf Harvest Power isn't able to connect to the inverter and haven't been to the site how can they claim that it's producing? Attached is a photo of the inverter which also shows that the inverter is dead
Their are two reading on the meter (CODE 04) which indicates how much kW h I have used from the grid and (CODE 40) which Indicates how much kW h I have send back to the grid Code has stop at kWh and has moved since about three weeks ago
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted] As of right now the system seems to be working the only concern is the information tag on the inverter; looks to have been replaced. Tim from Harvest Power said he will look into the  information tag to make sure that it doesn't void the warranty of the inverter.

Since [redacted] submitted this claim on February [redacted], Harvest Power has expedited this customers concerns to the  VP of Administration, Tim Ivins.  Tim has been in touch with [redacted] 4 times since that date and the conversations have focused on the inverter that was installed for his solar system.  While producing power, the inverter isn’t fully operational.  Harvest Power is aware of this and is currently working with the manufacturer to get a new inverter delivered to the site.  The expectation is that new inverter will be replaced sometime during the week of March [redacted].  Internet monitoring, which communicates the production of the system to the customer via the internet, will also be updated to hardline the communications to the homeowner’s internet device.  This will ensure the internet capability will be fully operational as well. [redacted] has addressed [redacted]’s concerns and he seems happy with the response since the complaint was filed.  We are confident that moving forward this client will be satisfied with the customer service Harvest Power provides.Thank you.PhilPhil F[redacted]Director, Marketing and Business Development
