Harvest takes all complaints seriously. After review of this case, it seems there has been a miscommunication about which attorney is assigned to handle this case. The correct attorney has been notified to reopen the case and contact the customer. The customer can expect to hear from the attorney...
within the next 72 hours, and is invited to call [redacted] if she has not heard back within that time frame. Upon hearing from the attorney, the customer can expect to be have the opportunity to resolve the debt.
They still have not contacted me. I have called 4 times. I am in a situation where I feel like I am the one trying to collect money instead of trying to pay an old debt. I guess this is why people lawyer up. Time to take it to the next level. I did contact the Colorado AG so maybe his office can get me results.
