Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Harvest Supply Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted] I have made several attempts at various times by phone to get in touch with a Harvest Supply representative; each time my calls are always forwarded immediately to voice mail; so I can only assume they are screening all incoming calls I have left a message each time, but have gotten no response at all as of this date, (8/*/2014.) A representative from my credit card company has also recently contacted me inquiring if I had made attempts to contact Harvest Supply, and saying that they have had no response from their efforts to contact them either Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Harvest Supply regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] called me on Mar** to say "If you will send the three galof insecticide back I will mail you a Post Office money order for the amount you paid for them"I was out of town and told him I'd mail them back in three or four days when I returned homeHe called me each of the next two days asking "Have you mailed the TK-(insecticide) back yet?" nothing from harvest supply

Review: on feb **, 2015 by a telephone (###-###-####) solictation from harvest supply I purchased a gallon of product and received it. On mar **,2015 I received another phone (###-###-####) sales call and told the individual that I did not want any more of product. it was charged to my credit card anyway. I have disputed the charge with [redacted] and filed a complaint with the ** attorney general. they refuse to answer phone calls letting go to voicemail even when the bank calls. these people do not know the meaning of no! they resort to forceful sales practices and qualify as consumer abusers, scammers, and use of fraudulent business practices.Desired Settlement: charge remitted to my charge card, do not call me anymore, no charges to my card again in the future

Review: they keep calling and saying were closing your order every 3 months but keep charging my credit card 99.00 each time without permission I want it to stopDesired Settlement: take charge off my card and never contact me again there product is no good

Review: I received two gallons of lawn weed killer from Harvest Supply on January **, 2015. I did not order this. I was charged $198.00 on my credit card for this product and don't know how they got my account number or address. I attempted to reach Harvest Supply at the phone number on the package and get only a voice mailbox. They will not return my calls. I looked up this company online and found numerous complaints from consumers very similar to mine. They were never resolved.Desired Settlement: I need a [redacted] pickup label to return this product. It weighs 20 pounds and they should pay the return shipping fee. I would also like to have this charge of $198.00 taken off my credit card right away.

Review: We asked this company not to send future products and to remove our name from their listings. We had a disputed charge approximately one year ago with the company. They sent us the product, billed our Discover Card and we disputed the claim and returned the item to them. Six to eight months later the item was returned to us because no one would sign for it at the address from which it was shipped. The credit card company did remove the charge. On June ** or ** UPS delivered another package from this company and when I called the credit card company they had already billed the item to our account so we filed another disputed claim. The credit card company is cancelling our current card account and opening a new one for us. This company has been told over the phone not to send us any more products and not to bill our credit card...but they have refused! The phone number on the packing slip lists a phone number of ###-###-#### which I called on June ** and left a message asking for a callback, which has not happened. I did not authorize this purchase and have told the salesman to remove my name from their call list (which was almost a year ago), then unexpectedly I received the shipment.Desired Settlement: I want them to call me and remove my name from their company's account ilsts and not to contact me again!

Review: I was contacted this morning by a [redacted] ([redacted]) about Harvest sending the second part of some order. I already argued with them about "the first part", trying unsuccessfully to prevent it. After many evasive answers she said the second part would involve another charge of approximately $100. I told her very clearly that I did not want the product or another charge to appear.Desired Settlement: 1. Stop all charges to my credit card.

2. Reverse any charge made on or after Dec **, 2014.

2.. Stop contacting me.

Review: [redacted] made an unauthorized withdrawal from my account for farm chemicals that had already been paid for.Desired Settlement: [redacted] and Harvest Supply shoud be closed down because this isn't the first complaint on him. He is preying on farmers who are some of the most trusting people in America.

Review: I saw an ad in a farm magazine for a herbicide made by a company called Harvest Supply. I called and asked if it killed mesquites and was told "yes". I ordered one gal. and paid $109 with a credit card. They have shipped three additional gal., charging my credit card $109 each time. I do not know how the 2nd and 3rd shipments were received. I receive a lot of shipments from UPS and Fed Ex. I signed for the 4th shipment without looking at the package. I noticed who it was from after the delivery van had left. I mailed the three unordered gallons back to Harvest Supply at the address on the package, [redacted], on Feb **, 2014. with a note asking for a refund. Fed Ex called and asked if there was a suite number, they couldn't find Harvest Supply. I went on-line and found their address with a Suite 1, and called Fed Ex and gave them the suite number. The package came back today. Fes Ex never found the company. I have tried to call Harvest supply but they do not answer the phone. I called my credit card company and told them the charges were invalid. They also have been unable to contact the company. I bought the first gal. on 2/**/13. The three unordered shipments were charged to my credit card on 10/**/13, 11/**/13, and 1/**/14.Desired Settlement: I would like Harvest Supply to accept the 3 gallons I did not order and credit my credit card for $327.

Review: I ordered 1 gallon of herbicide from this business over 1 year ago. It did not work as advertised, but I let that go. Shortly after that I received 2 more gallons that I did not place an order for. I refused the order when UPS delivered it, and disputed the charge of $281 through my credit card Company. The charge was removed from my card statement.Recently I received a call from a Rep at Harvest Supply saying their records showed I was owed 2 gallons of Herbicide that had been on back order. It was now in stock and ready to ship at no charge they said. I figured it was a scam and did not authorize the shipment. In a few days, UPS delivered it to my business. I was not in at the time of delivery and 1 of my employees signed for the delivery. I've waited now until my card statement has been delivered and found a $281 charge for the 2 gallons of herbicide that supposedly were on back order and coming to me at no charge. I have contacted my card Company and disputed the charge, which I'm told they are taking care of. Obviously this guy is out to scam everyone he can, as I just read another Revdex.com complaint that sounds virtually just like the one I'm writing here. I have attempted to contact Harvest Supply by phone, that is impossible, no one ever answers day or night. The call goes immediately to voice mail. Looks like this is a 1 man scam operation from all I can gather, Harvest supply is simply a front name only in my opinion.Desired Settlement: Credit card Company will be attempting to reach Harvest Supply. I hope they have better luck getting a hold of them than I have, phone message sends the call straight to voice mail any time, day or night. I obviously want the $281 charge off my card. I would also like Harvest Supply to send out a UPS call tag so we can return this unopened package that we did not order to them.
