involving theft. tampering with Social Security records and BIVIV records and forgery. I charged him $3,000.00, which he did not pay in full. He still owed me $375.00. This was a very large case where [redacted] was charged with defrauding Social Security, as well as the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles. I am enclosing a copy of the docket, as well as a list of people he defrauded. [redacted] received 46 months in prison. Many defendants who are sentenced to prison are dissatisfied and complain about their attorneys when they end up in prison. He was dissatisfied with me because I did not say what he wanted to hear. He discharged me nearly at the end of his case. At that time attorney [redacted] was appointed to represent him. He was, apparently, also dissatisfied with [redacted] representation.
