Review: Leaking oil from rear main seal got fix from [redacted]chrysler and jeep in [redacted],va.truck drove to christianburg,va.broke down and towed to harvey Chrysler,[redacted]jeep inc in floyd,va.for a damage flex plate cause by the above mention dealership in [redacted],va.harvey chrysler,[redacted]jeep inc repaired the problem caused by the [redacted] dealership....drove out of harvey chrysler,[redacted]jeep inc and broke down in louisiana for more severe damages cause by repairs done by harvey,[redacted]jeep inc. all repairs mention above where conducted under factory warrantee.also the truck is still under manufacture warranty and neither of dealerships wants to take responsibility for damages that are valued for the amount of $15000.

the results the truck have been out of service since march 5 of 2014 am still making payments for this vehicle that is inoperable that I cannot afford because I can't work for lack of transportationDesired Settlement: I just want a new truck or my money back I paid $19000 down plus payments of $680 a month for the past 8 months,only drove it for 6 months and broke down.........

We replaced the flex plate in the transmission on March 3RD 2014. We understand the customer drove the vehicle approximatley 1600 miles after the repair. We were called from another dealership and told vehicle had a transfer case problem. We cannot see how the two problems can be related. We do not know where this vehicle is now, but by it being still under factory warranty as customer says, we would be more than happy to look at it. Thank you for your time.

according to [redacted] where my truck was towed to fix rear main seal you have to touch and or remove flex plate,to fix flex plate you have to touched and or remove drive shaft from 4x4.thats the problem that we had with the transfer case,4x4 driveshaft came loose and broke everything down there.the vehicle is in norfolk,va we paid out of our pocket to get it here after everybody denied responsibility of damages.if you want it at your location you can have it there at your expense.[redacted] in Jennings Louisiana explain to Harvey Chrysler dodge jeep inc. the damages that where done to the vehicle and did an appraisal and gave Harvey Chrysler dodge and jeep inc. an estimate price of damages as well as money. in reponse to id #[redacted]. on or about feb 26 we replaced the flex plate and seal on this truck, all work was done by a certified, master tech and to factory specs. all work was covered by the factory warranty. this vehicle was picked on march 3RD. when the truck left here it had 87,680 miles on it. we have not seen this vehicle since. we do not know what happened in the next 2000 miles or so that have be put on the truck since it was in our shop. we really do not believe our repair had anything to do with the current problem. I recieved a certified letter from this customer yesterday claiming that he bought this truck new from us, but he did not buy it from us. and that his vehicle had been in our shop since may 5th. W e have not seen this vehicle since the repair was made to the flex plate on or about feb. 26th of this year. thank you. [redacted] general manager, harvey chrysler, dodge jeep, ram.
