I was contacted by the Harvey Scholl office phone scammer named [redacted] he went over how great the firm was and I informed him about how I have been ripped off by more than 3 other mortgage modification companies and was very nerves about hiring another firm but he assurred me bthat they have attornies on staff that take on the banks and win a modification for thier clients.I informed him that I did not want a firm that just filled out appleacations for modifications but that I needed a law firm that would go after the banks legal department and make them give a modification due to the letter that the banks signed in good faith with the U.S.Government to give people the means to save thier homes.but after giving them a $1,400.00 retainer and signed up for additional monthly payments of $600.00 after $2,000.00 was paid I was hearing nothing at all from the Law Offics of Harvey Scholl at all if fact the bank that holds the mortgage on my home (WELLS FARGO) was sending me letters and had never heard of the Harvy Scholl firm it took me over 5 days until I was able to speak with someone who turned out to be some secratery who had no idea what she was doing or who I was, Then after another 3 days I was contacted by a lady named [redacted] who claimed to be my contact person and that she was handling the negosiating with the bank 2 days later I was serrved with a appearance in court and I kept trying to get intouch with Harvy Scholl but I was unable to the day before I had to be in court I had to run out and hire another Lawyer to go to court and stall the forclurser case that cost me another $1,000.00 but at least I was always able to count on the firm of [redacted] and after 7 weeks after I was served with the court papers I finelly got a call from Harvey Scholl he asked me who I was and that he just recieved a notice that I needed him to call me 7 weeks it took I informed him of what happened and all he could say is that he was sorry. And that I would get a full refund I even had my new Lawyer contact Harvey Scholls office by return reciept U,S, mail dmanding my refund now it has been over 4 months and no refund so I called the law office of Harvey School asked for my refund and was told by another secratery that I was not geting a refund because she was told that the firm did too much work on my case to give any money back I asked her who told her that she did not know the name of that person I nthen asked who nwas the attorney that worked on my case and she did not know that eitherso I asked for time and charges she then stumbled on her words and said that she did not have my records so I asked her how could she be telling me things about my case if she had no recordsthen she began to tell me that my files were locked up in the valt and she could not get access so I asked to speak with someone that had access but no one was there I can go on and on but I just reported them to the Florida barr so that they can either give me a refund or face the barr for disaplenary actions
