Review: Sent off [redacted]T for repair. Have called every month to check if it is ready. When I called in Nov. he said it was fixed but he hasn't gotten it back yet. He says he doesn't know why he hasn't got it back. It is almost Feb. and I still don't have my scanner back.Desired Settlement: I want my scanner back and repaired or my $120.00
