Copeland Roofing did a roof replacement for us when the insurance covered it after wind damage. They upgraded us to dimensional shingles at no extra cost.

Even though they had to install in the middle of winter, they were very fast, and the workers were polite and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and got almost all of the nails and debris cleaned up. (It's impossible to get it all.)

I would highly recommend Copeland to anyone who asked me, and we will use them again the next time we need roofing work.

We had to have our roof replaced fast to keep our home insurance and Copeland gave us a very decent price and was able to do it before the deadline. They gave us a 30 year warranty on the shingles and did everything they said they would and charged us exactly what they said in the quote. I met with professionalism in every dealing I had with there staff via email or in person.

Freezer chest dropped off next to last week of June 2015. Two weeks went by and no word as to what was wrong. Called several times and was always told no tech available because they were "on the road." Well if they were on the road I have to wonder WHO was trying to figure out what was wrong with my freezer and fix it... oh yeah...NO ONE because they are all out on the road! Bad enough I had to take my own freezer in to the appliance place "because of the model" they said...or pay a $60 some dollar fee to have it serviced in my home...WHY?! this freezer is under warranty! Why do I have to pay a fee to have the freezer serviced in my home if it's under warranty?! For over a month I was told countless times someone would call me with information only to receive NO calls....I had to ALWAYS CALL THEM! (have proof on my phone log). Not to mention I was told they needed a second opinion as to what was wrong with the freezer (this took almost the last 2 weeks to do!(It's now July 28th, 2015)....WHY?!) So finally after I called THEM AGAIN today (though I was told 2 days prior someone would definitely call ME with some kind of information since I complained it has been over a month and no one seems to know whats wrong with it nor has returned my numerous calls) I am told it was the compressor. So it took over a month to figure that out! Really?! Funny thing is my nephew said that was what he thought it was and he's not even an appliance tech! Now I am told I have to wait - YET AGAIN for the manufacturer to get hold of ME (quote from Aadams: "At the manufacturer's discretion"). Why me?...isn't Aadams Appliance suppose to be sending for the part and fixing it and if the part can't be found then let the manufacturer know they need to purchase a new freezer for me....it's THAT SIMPLE! Personally zero is being nice...if I had my choice I would give Aadams way way below a zero!

I have a appliance that was purchased with a warranty. I made a call for service through the warranty agreement on 02.05.15. The appliance is still not fixed 2.5 weeks later. Aadams has broken two appointments, and has not called to inform me of anything. It is not a pleasant place to deal with.

My Whirlpool washer is under warranty through Lowes .... Scheduled a service through them to repair my washer.. Had a date of 9-11 they call me on 9-9 and say I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow!! Um no! I am at work all day that's why my appointment is Friday 9-11... So Friday comes no call! I call them and say I wanted to confirm my appointment for today.. She ask me where I am from I tell her and she says we were out that way yesterday... We are not out that way today!!!! Really!!! I have my email with the repair date!! So I ask her so my appointment is not happening today!? She says no! Okay so I call Lowes back make a complaint and go with a different company! I have a family of four I need my washer!! Beware of this company!!! I would use someone else!

This company was contracted through GE to repair my stove. I made the appointment on the 11/19/15. The date of the repair was supposed to be 12/1/15. "They were booked until then." They called me on 11/30/15 to see if I could move my appointment date to 11/30. I told them no. I was working and I'm about 40 minutes from home. I would just keep my 12/1 appointment date. Needless to say 12/1 they were a "no show". I called Aadams and got the run around. I also called GE and complained to them. GE rescheduled my appointment with them, 12/8/15. They just called me and wanted to do it now 12/3/15. I told them no I would keep my 12/8 appointment. I don't think I want them working on my stuff. I will update GE and see if they can find someone else to do my warranty repair.
