Hello this is the second time emailing my response to this matter #[redacted] I am [redacted] of harveys professional painting I'm disappointed and shocked that this matter is being brought up when miss [redacted] was told by myself and my helper that the tarp was not a permanent fix for her...
flat roof which has a pitched roof adjacent to it and we told her and her insurance company told her that the entire roof needed to be done over and the tarp was not going to totally stop the water we installed a 10x20 foot tarp on the flat roof section of the house like she requested for the total sum of $150.00 miss [redacted] is being untruthful about the whole ordeal ask her to present the check receipt for $257.00 she said she gave me and futher more when a contractor explains something of that nature to a client and the client refuses to adhere to the logical advice of a contractor and still advised me to put tarp on the burden falls solely on the home onwer or am I mistaken.You may contact me at my email address or by phone /[redacted] thank you very much .
