I provided my daughter my credit card to purchase me a pair of socks at Nordstrom. She returned with a nice pair of socks. My husband purchased a Groupon for Harv's 3 manager special washes here. He brought our brand new car we've had less than a year here and upon his arrival home I noticed small sweeping motion scratches ALL over our car. Same motion and type of scratches were present on hood/doors/back. We both returned to the business within 30 minutes (20 minute drive back to midtown) and they claimed it happened elsewhere because their rags are all new. You can obviously tell its in a motion used to dry cars (circular sweeping motion). They then tried to claim someone must have took an item and rubbed it all over our hood in straight back and forth motions, but that doesn't explain the scratches on every inch of the hood and doors in sweeping motions that were not present prior to coming to Harv's! BAD customer service who scratched our car and refused to fix it. The manager and workers just kept repeating that they do not accept responsibility or that it happened there. They could've at least waxed it to SOMEWHAT hide the scratches that weren't very deep free of charge vs expensive buffing I didn't even ask for, but they even denied that! They said they could wax it to make it less noticeable (after a long argument) but ONLY if we PAID FOR THE WAX since they did not cause the damage! Someone OTHER than the manager kept interrupting and making statements FOR the manager too! How unprofessional. We won't be returning since it is VERY obvious Harv's cares NOTHING about customer service and satisfaction. Not once did they attempt to fix their mistake even after admitting that they could not 100% say if the rag used had debris in it to cause the scratch. Now our brand new car is scratched and we are out.

Review: I sent my teenage son into Harv's with the instruction to purchase their $29 car wash. The 'salesman' at Harv's told my son that he needed a $199 wash package, and my son acquiesced to the high pressure and gave the man my credit card.Upon receiving my credit card bill, I noticed the $199 transaction. I asked my son 'why', and he responded that the person he spoke to at Harv's told him that he needed a different car wash for the condition of the car (that "the $29 car wash won't work for your car"). He thought that this is what I wanted.The salesperson at Harv's clearly took advantage of a minor child to make an extra $170.Desired Settlement: Given their amoral pursuit of an upsell from a minor, they should refund our money. Alternatively, an apology and store credit.
