Sold my minor daughter a 2012 Hyundai Genesis on 7/1/2019 that had a blown head gasket.
On 7/1/2019 my 16 year old minor daughter purchased a 2012 Hyundai Genesis from HAS Auto Sales. On the first attempt to test drive the vehicle, we were told that the vehicle had overheated and that it needed a radiator and that everything would be taken care of and there was no engine damage.
After purchasing the vehicle then under good faith, I brought it back to Jacksonville and had my God father, whom is a Service Manager at an Acura dealership, inspect it. He noted that the air filter had a lot of water in it and that the heater core had been bypassed. The radiator, which was supposed to be new, looked used and had a dent in to it.
on 9/27 the car started to overheat on me so I had it towed to my God Fathers dealership. Upon inspecting the vehicle, there was a gel like substance in the radiator and he did a pressure test on the engine and confirmed that the engine had a blown head gasket. The thermostat had also been cut out and removed from the vehicle (picture attached).
My daughter worked all summer and saved every penny that she had to purchase this vehicle and to know that she was sold a vehicle that was not only faulty, but dangerous, they should be ashamed of themselves.
I would like a refund from the business to help in covering the cost of a costly engine replacement that the vehicle is currently having.
At 6/27/2019 I purchased a car from this dealership (2013 Huyndayi Sonata SE), the Seller told me that the car has a clean title and has no accident, next day I discovered the car had an accident at the Front end and the airbags had been deployed, I took the car to another Auto repair shop to check it out they found out the tires on the car made in 2007 and 2010 which mean the tires are expired and not safety to drive the car with these tires and I have to replace them with new tires, there are other issues like leaking in coolant water, I tried to return the next day 6/29/2019 but the dealer refused to take it back, according to the law that states ( If you bought a car without being told that it has been in an accident) I want to total refund.

the car been sold AS IS NO DEALER WARRANTY, we tell our customers to do their own inspection, test drive, and mechanic check before they finalize the sale, the dealer does not give any promises to fix any car part after the finalize the deal
note: in the attachment the buyer guide where you can see the consumer agreed to buy the vehicle with AS IS condition

As I know when a dealer sell a car as is he must show all defects in the car to the customer, I asked him if the car had any previous accident he said No then next day I figured out that the car had an accident in front end, I tried to return the car for this reason but he refused to accept the return.
