Revdex.com: I still have not received a response personallyI still have not received any check from them and more than a month has passed since they claimed to have sent the most recent checkIf they can't even add a tracking number
or registered mail to their check like most other companies can, they want to delay the check on purpose and I will keep reporting evidence of this incident from Hasbro to as many people as possible

I spoke with *** *** Hasbro was the one that cancelled the order Hasbro is the one that failed to provide its product to the customer This issue is 100% Hasbro's Fault! The answer provided was a one of a company trying to hide behind its mistake HASBRO IS RESPONSIBLE!!!]

Nerf acknowledged several times in writing that a Rhino blaster would be sent. Instead, due to negligence, it sent a useless Centruion blaster. To date, I have not received the ball no Rhino blaster. There is no excuse for Nerf not sending the Rhino blaster, when it has conceded to me in writing that it made a mistake. I request that both earned rewards (ball + Rhino blaster) be immediately sent to me via overnight mail without further delay. I also disagree with any claims of fraud.

Regrettably, this is not a Hasbro decision.  You must work with [redacted] directly for resolution.

Hasbro has reached out to me and we have reached a solution.  However, what is happening, is that super large corporations are letting other businesses use their names for royalties and  therefore lose...

control over that product, and the customer ends up suffering in the end.  If that business doesn't stand behind the product the company name that stands out and looks bad is of course the name that everyone knows - Hasbro.  I want the large corporations to think twice before letting other businesses use their names.  Put something somewhere in your agreements that the customers buying the products are to be taken care of. Customer Service needs to be the name of the game again.  So many don't care, because they are not even on our soil.  Thank you [redacted] for reaching out and making it right.

According to our vendor for the Hasbro Nerf Perks promotion,  [redacted]'s account was closed due to fraudulent activity.  We have reviewed all receipts from Mr. [redacted] and found only a few to be valid.  Bash Ball and Rhinofire will be sent...

with his remaining valid points as of 2/23/16 and as outlined in our program, he needs to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Mr. [redacted] also received a Centurion Blaster which was sent on 3/9/16.  No additional compensation will be given.

Please provide me with a copy of original receipt to my email address @ [redacted] and once received, I will issue a refund. Regards,[redacted]
