the customer was happy with the last visit but was upset with the fact his vehicle had broken down. The customer was explained that the service contract (extended warranty) was covering the majority of the repairs and was described, in detail, by the Service Manager what components and why those components were not covered. The conversation ended that both the Service Manager and the customer were in agreement that the situation was resolved and that they were satisfied with the outcome.
