Hassel Volvo of Glen Cove

Volvo sales person made agreement to pay remaining lease payments and termination fee on current lease as part of new lease agreement. Two months later a letter arrives in the mail stating one last payment is due. I contacted leasing company to ask why all payments were not made by Volvo. I then contacted Volvo sales person who originally made the sale to find out she did not calculate the remaining payments correctly and is now refusing to make the last payment stating that it's somehow my fault. I asked to speak with manager and was told manager would contact me. Manager never contacted me and when messages were left, they were not returned. Overall experience is very negative and leaves me feeling like my business is not appreciated.
