Last year Diamond Builders did some renovations in my condo. During this time, they discovered a leak coming from the bathroom. They worked quickly and located the leak immediately. Both my homeowners' insurance and the insurance company for the condominiums said it was the responsibility of the other. This turned into one big headache. However, I was lucky to have Nick C[redacted]! He dealt with both insurance companies as well as the management company for the condos. He was truly on my side - making sure that I got not only what he felt I was entitled to, but also what I wanted. This was a long process, but in the end I got the bathroom I had wanted for a very long time. Neighbors who came to see my new bathroom were in awe. They couldn't believe the incredible job [redacted] had done. He is smart, creative, caring and patient, and guided me through the process with confidence. When I look back at what was accomplished, I can't imagine that anyone else would have done as much or as good a job as Nick C[redacted]. I have a beautiful bathroom that I'm proud for people to walk into!

Please note that we have tried to assist the customer and attempted to contact the post office to see what might have happened but ultimately the post office confirmed that the package was confirmed delivered in excellent condition and the signature was obtain to prove that. At this time, we are unable to issue a credit to the customer.

The package was delivered without the phone in it and only contained an overseas plug adapter. The post office replied the package was delivered to them the same way and was told to contact the vendor. After contacting the vendor right away I was told that they will issue a refund after they contacted the post office. I waited patiently to no avail. Thank you for looking in to this matter.

The package was sealed and if there was no item in it, the customer should have refused the package. We ask the customer to go to the post office to attempt from them to retrieve the contents if they told him to sign for it. Please note that it is the recipient responsibility to inspect the package before signing for it or refusing it. We have attempted to interfere but the post office keeps asking us for the customer to go to the post office and seek further help from there
