I am rejecting this response because: A POLICE OFFICE HAD TO BE FLAGGED DOWN AND MR M*** WAS PURSUED BY THE POLICE AND WAS STOPPED AT THE *** GAS STATIONI RAN OVER TO SEE ABOUT MY BELONGS AND UPON MEETING THE OFFICER I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD TO GO TO THE ATM TO RETRIEVE MY MONEYAT THE TIME MR M*** CHANGED THE AGREE PRICE LISTED ON *** WHICH WAS A BID OF AND AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE OF BRINGING IT TO A TOTAL OF BELOW IS VERIFICATION THAT HIS COMPANY VERIFIED MY BELONGINGS AS LISTED ON THE SITE AND UPON HIS ARRIVAL HE FAILED TO PRODUCE THE LIST AND DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE ORIGINAL PRICE AGREED UPON AND STATED IF I DID NOT PRODUCE THE MONEY I WOULD NOT GET MY BELONGINGSTHE OTHER OFFICE TOOK ME ASIDE AND EXPLAINED HOW HE DEALT WITH MOVERS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME AND MY BEST ROUTE WOULD BE TO GO THROUGH Revdex.comTHIS HAS BECOME A BACK AND FORTH TENNIS MATCH AND I REFUSE TO WASTE ANY MORE OF MY TIME WITH THIS DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST INDIVIDUALI HAVE INCLUDED A FEW OF THE HARASSMENT TEXTS HE HAS SENT ME IN THE PAST FEW DAYS, I DID NOT MANAGE TO GET ALL AS I DELETED THEM BUT I'M PRETTY DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS PROCESS DID NOT REALLY RESOLVE ANYTHING FOR METHE CONSUMER IS RARELY WRONGIF THIS IS APPROPRIATE AND ETHICAL THEN IM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS AND I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAYBASED ON MY EVIDENCE IF THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY TO ESCALATE THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOWOTHER THAN THAT IT IS CLEAR THAT HIS INDIVIDUAL IS UNREASONABLE SO I DON'T SEE ANY RESOLUTION IN SIGHTIT REALLY IS A SHAME THAT *** IS EVEN IN AFFILIATION AND ADVERTISING SUCH A SERVICE BY SUCH AN INDIVIDUAL. Following are the details of what occurred between Hassle Free Shipping (Henry M***) and *** ***. Please note, the details are addressed to ***, but I am sure you will be able to understand. Here is a summary of what really happened
*** accepted our bid thru *** to ship
some of his belongings from Halifax to TorontoBefore we arrived in Halifax for the pickup, *** called and changed his list of items a couple of times and also changed the delivery date and location of delivery
When we arrived at ***'s apartment, it is not for me to judge, but his tiny little apartment was the dirtest apartment I have ever seenAt this point *** added many more itemsWe agreed upon an amount of $to ship his itemsAs I tell all my customers, including ***, it is cash on delivery or it doesn't come off the truck*** reassured me there would be no problem and would have the cash at time of deliveryA couple of days later we arrived in Toronto and called ***At that time he advised he still had to find a storage facility for his itemsHe told me to hang on for an hour or two until he found somethingI told him to hurry up as I could not wait all day as I had several more *** delivers that dayAn hour or two later we met at the storage location he foundThe original delivery location would not allow *** to bring his items thereTherefore he was scrambling to find a placeHence, my driver and myself were shut down because of his irresponsibllty to have the delivery location prearranged*** finally had a storage unit so we started to unload the truckAt that time I asked him "Do you have my $for the shipment?" He was very evasive and would not give me a yes or no answerAt that point he bragged about going to law school and would sue me if I did not unload his thingsI knew I was going to be scammed so I closed the doors on the truck and said I was not unloading anything else until I see the money*** then got into my face yelling and screaming for several minutesHis intentions were to agraviate me enough so I would strike him, but I did notI told ***, you get the money, call me and I will come back and deliver your thingsOnce again he started yelling, screaming and taunting me and threatening to call the policeI told him, by all means, call the policeThen I told him, you get the money, call me and I will come back as I have other people waiting and have to make their deliveriesHis verbal abuse continued as I walked around him to enter my truck to do my other *** deliveries in the areaAs I was relocating my truck to leave the premises *** decided to jump in front of the truck, like a smart individual would, then proceeded to jump on the front bumper of the truckHe continously banged his head on the windshieldFinally, he jumped off the bumper as I backed up and left the facilityWe stopped just a few yards up the road to get fuel as we were getting lowAt that time the police came to the gas station asking us what was going onThe police asked if *** got the money would we deliver his thingsI told the police that was our intentions all alongThe other policeman escorted *** to the bank to get the moneyThe policeman took the money from *** and held onto it and told me he would give me the money once the items were unloadedAfter I was reassured by the police who had taken the $from *** and would hold onto the money and give to me after the truck was unloaded, we then proceeded to unload ***'s thingsI handed the items to *** from the back of the truck and he put into his storage unit as the police watchedAfter we checked and all items were delivered accounted for and in perfect condition, the police officier gave me the money and quietly said "I don't know how you can handle this"We closed the doors to the truckMy driver a I left the facility with no further issue
So maybe you good people at *** see what we have to go through sometimes
I am very hurt that you decided to suspend my account but no reprucations to *** who initiated all this
I am also disappointed I was unable to contact you last Friday when I received your emailI was not provided with your contact number but did speak to a gentlemen who had nothng to do with the file but would relay my version to youI clearly told him I would email you by Wednesday but my account was suspended today, Tuesday
In summary, *** wasted several hours of my time not having a delivery address in place*** had no intensions of paying me for the delivery as it was clear he had no money on himIt is also clear *** tried to initiate a fight so he could have me charged or bring a lawsuit against me
It is very clear if *** had the money when I asked none of the above would have occured
I hope you can see the real picture here, I am the victimHopefully this helps you clearly understand there are two sides to every story and if *** had the money and lived up to his end of the deal none of this would have happenedDoes *** have any protocal in place when the customer does not pay the carrier? How do you compensate the carrier?
Also, by you suspending my account, the many bids and communication with potential customers have all been wiped out with more business and revenue lost because of this decisionThis also tarnishes my image with *** customers as they see one of Canada's largest *** carrier is suspendedAs one of your largest power carriers in Canada, I am disappointed that I was not given a phone call or email reminder requesting my version, instead you suspend my account without hearing my versionWhen I contacted you, you were not available, for this reason I should have received a call from you or at least provided your extension so I could have left you a voicemail and you could have returned my callMay I ask at this time, since I cannot fill up my trucks due to this suspension, should I cancel all my booked shipments? Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] Attention:  Cordell Nouch Further to your email of May 11, 2017, following is the additional information you requested. The original shipment was for the following items:Mattress, box spring, 4 boxes of household items and a bamboo wicker chair. [redacted] contacted us after the [redacted] bid had been placed and wanted to add:  2 bamboo hampers and a plastic tote box.  We indicated we would require an additional $80 for these items.  [redacted] declined to ship these items. [redacted] again contacted us and wanted to add a couch and 1 box.  This would increase the cost an addition $100. [redacted] again contacted us requested a change in dates and delivery location.  We requested [redacted] provide us with a complete list of items, but this was never received.  Once our truck and drivers arrived at the pickup location [redacted] added more items from the original list.  These items included 2 duffel bags, 2 sets of weights, 2 additional boxes/hampers and a steel bed frame. The agreed to price at the time of pickup was $400.  Once delivered the $400 was paid.  If he was not in agreement of the $400 why did he pay that amount?  This was all supervised by the police who had to be called in.  When all [redacted]’s items were unloaded from the truck and verified by [redacted] and by the police, [redacted] acknowledged all his items were there and in perfect condition and the police then released the $400 to our drivers.  Please contact our drivers for verbal verification. What is our recourse because initially [redacted] did not want to pay a penny, until the police were called in?
