To: Revdex.comIn response to your questionHassle Free taxes are in the same building as the [redacted] *** I was driving by and saw the large sign for getting a tax refund *** Next to that sign is a sign for Hassle free tax service Tomorrow I will drive by and take a pic of that signand send it to you in a email ok Hasslefree taxes claims the companies are separate, but in order to get the [redacted] you have to use only hassle free tax service Also I didn't get copy of my Federal or State return or any paper with the fees chargedI was verbally told by Hassle free taxes he would charge me $245, but when I get my paperwork from the [redacted] I find out I am paying to Hasslefree taxes [redacted] gave me a handwritten paper with the [redacted] fee and a cash ***ing fee of 120.10., yet I was verbally told I would be charged for [redacted] I am confused and feel like I am the biggest fool for not asking Hasslefree tax service for everything in writing I regret getting this [redacted] and going to Hasslefree tax services, they are liars and swindlers I am finally coming to the conclusion that Hasslefree tax service are the swindlers as much as [redacted] *** I am sending the only papers I have from [redacted] and zero from Hasslefree tax service.Thank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com: On or about 2/12/I received a call from Hassle Free taxes informing me my tax refund [redacted] was ready and I had to pick it up from [redacted] office next door My understanding when I did the taxes with him was that I would be picking it up at Hassle free taxes office I knew I was in for trouble when he said, for me to pick up my [redacted] next door at [redacted] *** My husband and I went to [redacted] office only to be told they did not have enough money to cash our [redacted] and if we would accept half now and the other 1/later I said absolutely not! I said I can take the [redacted] to Bank of Hawaii (I have an account with ***)i and they would cash it for us and we promised to return to them to pay off our tax *** I've done pay day ***s with them and they've never had any problem with me paying off my pay day ***s on timeThey said they were aware of that and agreed I did pay off my pay day ***s on time but told us to wait for them to call their boss After waiting for minutes, I then called the police to help me get my [redacted] back When they seen me talking to the police they told me they would make an exception and cash our *** Of course I had to pay the additional [redacted] fee in addition to the [redacted] fee plus the tax preparation fees for hassles free taxes I informed Hassle free tax service how I was misled by him and I never even got a copy of my federal income tax return He said he would mail me oneI still haven't received anything in the mail I will be looking for anymore paperwork that I did get that day I should have saved it, I guess I sort of just gave up on getting anything resolved on my side of this dealI regret doing business with themSincerely, [redacted]

I was verbally told by Hassle free taxes he would charge me $245, but when I get my paperwork from the [redacted] I find out I am paying 380.68 to Hasslefree taxes.   [redacted]  gave me a handwritten paper with  the [redacted] fee 164.99 and a cash [redacted]ing fee of 120.10., yet I was verbally told I would be charged 149. for [redacted].  I am confused and feel like I am the biggest fool for not asking Hasslefree tax service for everything in writing.  I regret getting this [redacted] and going to Hasslefree tax services, they are liars and swindlers.  I am finally coming to the conclusion that Hasslefree tax service are the swindlers as much as [redacted].  I am sending the only 2 papers I have from [redacted] and zero from Hasslefree tax service.Thank you,[redacted]

I informed Hassle free tax service how I was misled by him and I never even got a copy of my federal income tax return.  He said he would mail me one. I still haven't received anything in the mail.  I will be looking for anymore paperwork that I did get that day.  I should have saved it, I guess I sort of just gave up on getting anything resolved on my side of this deal..
