The pictures of the truck provided by us on the internet, as always, did not have a federal agreement sticker in the window. However once the truck is placed on our sales lot for sale a sticker was placed in the right side rear windowThe sticker was removed from the truck
at time of purchase, it was signed by *** and a copy was provided to him along with his bill of sale at time of purchase. As stated at time of purchase, indicated by our sales contract and also the federal agreement the truck was sold AS-IS, our ad stated that the truck needed front tires and the customer was aware of this As always, we disclose all known defects We were unaware of any mechanical issues, I personally drove the truck and the engine and transmission worked as they should at the time I drove it. After purchase the truck did drive from Pennsylvania to Deleware, clearly it was road worthy being driven from one state to another *** *** did contact us by *** messenger the next day after sale, I offered to reimburse him $back to help for repairs, he stated that "It's all good the fact that you offered is enough for me man". We apologize that you had and issue with the vehicle
