Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me I state this because of three reasons Why weren't my phone messages returned? I emailed and phoned and the phone message stated that I was calling ASAP So why weren't the phone calls returned?I had used that email address in the past and my emails were returned I was not informed that the email address had changed and also it never came back as undeliverable Also since it has taken so long (months) to get back to me, my insurance company may or may not honor the claim I hope the company is willing to compensate for this I did try to get in contact with ASAP and I was in contact with my insurance company along the way Regards, [redacted]
I am happy to discuss any issues our customer may have. To date, we have not received any emails from our customer regarding an issue. Please confirm the email address that the customer is using. If the customer is responding to the same email address that the invoice comes from,...
they would not get a response from us. That email address is a "do not reply to" email address. If the customer would prefer to communicate through email, we would ask that our customer resend any questions to our functioning email address of [redacted] or call our office at [redacted]. This matter can easily and promptly be resolved. Our apologies for any inconvenience to our customer and I look forward to resolving the problem. Thanks very much.
