Getting the runaround! I'm getting a new fence installed by Hastie fence and I am less than impressed After sending in a sizable deposit and being told my fence would be installed in weeks it took weeks to get it installed I called twice a week to try and get an installation date and was given the runaround each and every time I was actually told my fence installation was pushed back because a bigger commercial client needed a fence (Nothing like putting your residential clients on the back burner which are probably their bread and butter.) I was replacing an already existing fence for my puppy After taking my fence completely down I was informed the gates were on back order So here I am with a new fence and chicken wire for gates Getting the run around all over again No one has been able to give me an answer as to when I will have the gates!! The fence that was installed violates the code in my city.Wish to have the fence repaired up to codeThe fence company has admitted the mistake and has agreed to repair it.After 2 months of follow up calls to company am getting the run around and can not get an answer on when the repairs will be completed.Desired SettlementThe fence to meet the code.Business' Initial Response [redacted] was informed prior to the date of the complaint, that we will be removing the two four foot panels and the 6'to4' sweep panel.
