the background yelling asking for a managerA female manager got on the line and explained that we normally don't guarantee times but she would happily check on the order*** than started screaming at the manager and the man in the background made vulgar comments of a sexual natureA male manager took over the call at this point and *** continued to make really inappropriate and harassing conversationIt made the whole office very uncomfortable as we have never had a customer act this wayWe cancelled her order and she should receive her refund within business daysThis was a Holiday weekend with Memorial Day so it could take a few extra days due to thatWe have been in business in Sacramento for over years and take pride in our customer service and in all of these years have never had a customer behave this way. Business states "we issued a full refund to the customer and an apology as well as called the customer myself and sent her a copy of the receipt for the full refund of $I again apologized for the run around and told her to keep a look out on her credit card statement for that refund"
