I am rejecting this response because: this same promise (from Tirondola Painting) of someone coming to my home to review the painting problems/issues was originally made last October (2016). I have been waiting just shy of a year. A voice mail was left on my home phone. I followed up on Friday, September 16th and was asked to call back. I will call again on Monday, September 19th. But until someone does come to my house and repaints it, I cannot accept another empty promise.
