I had a terrible experience with Hastings Mechanical. Elliot one of the founders scheduled time 7 days out and agreed to come and assist finishing my mini split installation, I had installed the outside unit and the air handlers and asked him to connect the line splits. Elliot arrived, connected his equipment, vacuum pump running, and measurement tools, asked me to keep an eye on the vacuum pressure and left. Eventually Elliot decided at some point that the job was beyond his scope. Elliot asked me to manage his expensive tools for him, keep them out of the weather and eventually drop them off at the gate for his girlfriend to pick up! Leaving me without any heat and to manage his tools. Innovating air and heating showed up the following week and finished the job in amazing way, had no complaints about the setup, added the line sets and got my units going, we are now enjoying amazing heat on every room and floor. I would highly recommend Innovative Air and Heating they followed through and did an amazing job at a reasonable price!
