I went to this location to get diesel fuel on 1-15-14 at 7:45pm. After starting pump #10 and placing in vehicle tank I noticed it seemed slow and had a funny noise. I pulled out nozzle and noticed no fuel coming out but the pump was registering fuel flow when I let go of the handle the pump continued to register flow and increase in gallons pummped. I shut off pump after it had registered $4.51. I then went inside and spoke with a clerk ([redacted]) and explained the problem. She suggested I try another pump. I pulled to the other side pump #9 and again started trying to fuel. This time fuel did come out but was extremely slow. After more than 5 minutes I had only received $10 fuel. I decided to shut it off and pay. I went into the store and had a discussion with the clerk about the first attempt when no fuel flowed and told her that I should not be charged. I was told that it was on her computer and she had to charge me. I explained I received no product but she still insisted on charging me. I paid for the fuel I received and did not receive then informed [redacted] that I would file a complaint with the store and the Department of Agriculture who handles fuel dispensing. She said that would be fine. I called the stores owner [redacted] the following morning and left a message that I wanted to file a complaint and that I would like for them to call me back so that I could explain the situation.
