As of July 7th 2014 the work was completed as the customer requested.  The customer was given and installed by Hat City Pools a new [redacted] filter, no charge to the customer.  The pool opening was completed as requested and the lines to the filter...

connected.  I spoke with the homeowner personally and guaranteed that the filter would either be located or we would install a new one.
Thank you for your help in this matter.  I would like to have this complaint removed since the work was performed to the customers satisfaction

Review: Hat City Pools was contacted to Open my pool for the summer and fix some of my aging pipes. They had been storing my filter over the winter for cleaning and safe keeping. When they arrived to fix my pool they attached a broken filter I had stored in my shed instead of the one they were keeping. When fixing my lines they also removed my pool heater from the lines and did not reattach it. I called back the same day(friday) to let them know of the error and they stated that they would call me back. I never received a call. When I called the next day(sat) they said they were sending someone to fix it the same day. That person never arrived. When I called on sunday they apologized and said someone would be out to bring me my filter on monday. They did install a new filter on monday however it was not my filter and was an old and beat up filter and mine was only two years old(was not even the right color). I called them the same day and they said they would call me back. Did not hear from them. Called the next day(tuesday) and was told that the owner would call be back. Did not hear from the owner. Called on wednesday and said that a note was on the owners desk and that it was a very busy time of year. Since my pool is barely running with the old filter they installed my pool has turned green and is unusable.Desired Settlement: Return of my pool filter or replaced with new one. Fixing the lines of my pool to include the pool heater. Cleaning of my pool.
