Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There were no emails sent to me from Hatch Chile Express about the product being shipped or a FedEx tracking number being assigned The shipper did not provide those emails as evidence to Revdex.com or me because there are none to provide Just as the owner claims to have not received your follow up emails that I sent you with the evidence (screen shot) that his own file on my account still shows that the order is "processing." As with all internet orders, those emails to me from them would have shown that the product had actually been shipped, and they would have given me the information to confirm that they had in fact shipped the product and I could have tracked their arrival to prevent the thawing and spoilage that occurred I have provided actual evidence that the shipper's own website still reflected that the product was processing and had not shipped many days after the order had been shipped without my knowledge Without any emails about the product being shipped or providing a tracking number, I consulted the company's website account where the order was archived, and saw that it had not been shipped I challenge the owner to produce any email notifying me that the item had been shipped, or that a shipping number had been assigned The business has provided no information about why they believe that I would intentionally not have picked up the package, and I guarantee you that their computer logs for my account on their website would also show my daily login to my account information through the 4th of January, except Jan 1, to see if the product had been shipped That evidence exists, just as the screen shot I submitted shows their own website information continued to show that my order was still "processing."I have provided evidence, and that is fair I expect the same from the business Thank you, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Hello [redacted],   I thank you for your follow-up on this complaint.  I waited for your email and as yet have not gotten one from you so I decided to use the first email that was sent to me on the 23 of January.  I am pretty sure this will work as my response.   This...

order was placed on our website December 28, 2015 which indicates that the customer in question wanted an order for flame roasted, hand peeled Hatch Green Chile.  The stipulation was that this order not be shipped to his home but was to be held at the FedEx facility in [redacted], **.  We complied with the request, as per our website states...the product was shipped on December 29, 2015 and was held at the FedEx facility.     Here is the problem - Mr. [redacted] DID NOT PICK HIS ORDER UP!!!!  This was a holiday weekend and by the time Mr. [redacted] went to pick the order up - the chile was thawed.  We complied with his request and send the package as he requested.  He did  not pick the package up the next day as he said he would.  He says that he did not get the two emails sent to him - one my us and the other when the package label was generated from FedEx with the tracking number. The tracking number for this package is #### #### ####.     We did what was expected of us and we do expect to be paid.  Sorry Mr. [redacted] did not follow-up on his part.
