Review: As you know my house is under contract to sell. The inspector called out some issues with the Hvac system your company installed.

I have been trying to get a hold of you since Tuesday Feb 10th. Today is Saturday Feb 21st. I have called 5 times and texted 5 times. Didn’t know if there was a problem so I talked to your dad Thursday morning Feb 19th to see if everything was ok! I explained what was happening and he said he would call you and give you the message.

The unit was installed in April 2014. From day one I had problems. I called and texted in May and June complaining the unit wasn’t working right. Again I called and text in July. Finally you came out in August 2014 and put some make shift thing on the compressor. You assured me this would fix the problem. Your sister sent me a text saying with some B.S. saying you couldn’t be responsible because it’s not a mechanical problem. Well there has been mechanical and install problem from day one!!! So I thought the unit was kind of working till I went to use the heat. In Dec 2014 I call you and text you about this problem. You text me and had me switch some wires. At this time you told me that your employee that installed this unit was a bone head! (Your exact words). Well here we are, my house is due to close and you will not return my text or phone calls. I would like to know if your are going to resolve these problems the inspector pointed out, Or, if you refuse to repair this can you tell me why! I can wait till Wed Feb 25th to hear back from you. If not I will have to handle it my own way.

I have all of this documented from the install with phone calls and text.Desired Settlement: I had to hire another Hvac company to fix Hatch mechanical faulty install. I would like my $119.00 refunded.

Our original experience with this company was great, since our A/C went out. They responded quickly and was very friendly but after they replaced our condenser they never responded to our maintenance calls. We paid cash up front and in addition signed up for a maintenance plan. This included a check of furnace in winter and A/C check in summer. We were disappointed since we paid for the service at the time we asked for their fix. My husband left a few messages and we were told they were very busy and would respond to our calls when they have time...unfortunately that time never came. I think at this time we are going to give up. I don't think we will be calling this company for future service or maintenance. Also as it turns out our condenser froze up again today and we are going to have to call a different company as we don't want to be told they are "busy". We need to get this fixed soon so we can stay cool for this summer.

Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company. We sat down with [redacted] to get a quote for our new construction build. He helped us stay on budget and get the best equipment. We have been so happy with our A/C units. I had one unit that lost power one evening. I emailed [redacted] at 7pm and he responded very quickly and helped me resolve the issue to get my A/C working again without having to come out for a service call. It's really like having a family member in the business. This company is the only one I will recommend. They will not sell you something you don't need. Honest and reliable. Give them a call first!
