The floor manager of this establishment is not a very good manager in my opinionWe offered the manager a cash price less than $2,of the sticker price on a used carThe manager told us he could not go that low on the car that they have to much into itWe said it is only $2,less than the $17,asking priceOne of the associates said since it is used they could come down on the priceWe told the manager it is only $17,where he began to look at the associate and say, "it's only $17,200"? We then asked him how much he had into the car and he again did not knowWe asked him if he knew the prices on any of his carsHe then became very upset and said, "we just received this on a trade in a few days ago so FORGIVE ME for not knowing the price of the car"He then counter offered saying $2,more than the sticker priceI know the tax, title, license etcbut you would think a cash offer they would x that out or come down on the sticker priceNone of which they did and they told us they could come down on the priceHe then said he could sell us a brand new for 21,and knock $3,of making it cheaper than the used carThis doesn't make any sense to medoes it to you? We told him no we don't want itWe then tried to shake his hand where he turned around and walked awayThis is all coming from a Floor Manager at a dealershipNot very professional, is it? This is my experience with Hatch Motor Co of Show Low, AZ
