They false advertized a 2013 Honda TRX 500FPA at $6,399 from $8,699 saying you saved $2,300 when I got there and showed them the printed flyer from their web page they said the offer was a mistake and that Hatch Motors wouldn't abide by that price. also their other ATV's weren't the same price as on their web page watch the bait and hook with these guys.

The floor manager of this establishment is not a very good manager in my opinion. We offered the manager a cash price less than $2,000 of the sticker price on a used 2013 car. The manager told us he could not go that low on the car that they have to much into it. We said it is only $2,000 less than the $17,200 asking price. One of the associates said since it is used they could come down on the price. We told the manager it is only $17,200 where he began to look at the associate and say, "it's only $17,200"? We then asked him how much he had into the car and he again did not know. We asked him if he knew the prices on any of his cars. He then became very upset and said, "we just received this on a trade in a few days ago so FORGIVE ME for not knowing the price of the car". He then counter offered saying $2,000 more than the sticker price. I know the tax, title, license etc... but you would think a cash offer they would x that out or come down on the sticker price. None of which they did and they told us they could come down on the price. He then said he could sell us a brand new 2014 for 21,500 and knock $3,000 of making it cheaper than the used 2013 car. This doesn't make any sense to me.. does it to you? We told him no we don't want it. We then tried to shake his hand where he turned around and walked away. This is all coming from a Floor Manager at a dealership. Not very professional, is it? This is my experience with Hatch Motor Co of Show Low, AZ.
