Hatch Toyota paid to fix the [redacted] Jeep Cherokee under Hatch Toyota Goodwill. Customer is happy. Total cost was $375.00thx[redacted]

Chas H[redacted] says "I wont lose a deal over a dollar, you have my word on it." HATCH TOYOTA HAS STOLEN MY DOWN PAYMENT AND REFUSES TO RETURN IT. My ordeal with Hatch Toyota has been ongoing for more than a month. After 2 unsuccessful financial attempts on 2 different trucks, I asked for my down payment back. It's been more than 2 weeks since that day, and Hatch still refuses to return my money. They lied to me in order to get me to return the trucks, both of which I was in possession of for more than a week each. First attempt, I was told "this is your monthly payment amount, your interest rate, your total payback....sign here. Enjoy your new truck." Second attempt, same thing....blah blah blah, sign here. Thinking I had a new truck, I happily drove away. The experience at Hatch Toyota has been nerve-wracking, humiliating, and heartbreaking. I would never recommend anyone to use Hatch Toyota. They should be investigated for theft.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER> I bought a 2014 new Tacoma through Hatch's internet service and flew in 800 miles away to pick it up after being assured nothing was wrong with it. I showed up to the dealer to pick it up and the truck had a clutch malfunction causing a loud creaking/clanking noise.....BRAND NEW TRUCK. I am livid. You would think they would have driven it for me to make sure everything was 10/20 standard ok as a courtesy since I was traveling so far to buy it. Thanks for screwing me over HATCH TOYOTA. You ruined my Toyota experience. BTW, as I write this I have no truck because it is in the shop.

Review: A vehicle (a lemon) was bought for $4000. The customers tried to return the vehicle within 24 hours but Sunday is not a business day. So on Monday 12/30 the customers went to return the vehicle and endured several obstacles. The dealership knowingly sold the customers a lemon and now are claiming to have a no return policy which a month later would be fine but it has been less than 48 hours and the customers are clearly unhappy and the dealership should either refund the $4000 or help the customers find a vehicle they are happy with.Desired Settlement: The customers request a full refund.

I had purchased a used toyota tundra from hatch toyota, I live 1000 miles from the dealer, before completing my purchase the salesman assured me that the truck was in great shape, 3 weeks after the sale I received my truck soon to find out that thier are some issues, I am aware that shipping 1000 miles my acquire a few rock chips or dings, but here are a list of things that I found and have yet to be taken care of, thier was a dent in the front and rear bumper, also a cracked windshield that we're clearly prior to shipping, I had also soon found that the alignment was off considerably, after further investigation my mechanic found the lower control arm bolt had been stripped and loose, this will end up costing be over $200 not counting a oil change because the dealer had never ran it through thier shop. This is the first dealer that I have seen that never put the vehicle through thier shop to service it or check for any safety related repairs. The last thing I expected was to buy a vehicle with only 45,000 miles on it and end up putting money into repairs as soon as I received it. Several calls to the dealer and I have no reason to believe they are going to help me out. The internet sales manager told me they did not have enough time to put it through the shop which is hard to believe since I had made the deal over the phone on March 17 and the shipping company did not pickup until March 28th I am positive the truck was at the dealer at least a few days prior to me finding it via internet. In my book that is more than enough time to complete a multi point inspection or service the vehicle.

This Dealer cheated me out of 1700 dollars because they did not add the full tax to the deal when I went to the department of motor vehicles they had informed me that the dealer only charged me about half the tax even though they knew exactly where I lived and what tax bracket for local taxes I was. They wanted me to think I was getting a good deal. The truth is I was cheated and am very disappointed on how they handled the situation even after I had contacted them they just chose to pretend that it will just go away.
