My computer wouldn't connect to the Internet so I took it to Computer Connections on a Friday to have it fixedI called them on Tuesday so see if it had been fixed and was ready to be picked upThey told me it wasI told them that I didn't have the money to pay for it and that my dad would be paying for itI told them that my dad lived two hours away and so he couldn't come in to pay for itI asked them if they could accept payment over the phone and the worker that I talked to at first said that they couldn't and I asked why since it's the 21st Century and most businesses can accept payment over the phone now daysThe worker talked to the owner, Kevin and said that the owner, Kevin said that they could accept payment over the phoneI told them that my dad was at a theatre watching a movie and that they wouldn't be able to get a hold of him right then to get payment from him and I told them that I was on my way to pick up the computerThe worker said that was okaySo when I got there I was met with disdain by the owner, Kevin, who told me that they couldn't get a hold of my dad to get payment from him and that I couldn't leave without the work being paid forThat's when I got pissed because I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF DAD RIGHT THEN AND THAT I WAS ON MY WAY TO PICK UP THE COMPUTER!! Then the owner, Kevin, told me that he didn't like my attitude and that I could leaveREALLY!!!??? So I then went ahead and paid for it without having enough money in my account hoping that it would go throughIt went through and was paid forI then called my mom and told her what happened and then my mom went ahead and paid for itSo I told Kevin that I wanted cash back because it would take 2-business days to get back into my account and I couldn't afford to go that long with NO money in my accountHe then yelled at me and said, "Do you think I'm stupid!!??" I said, "Do you think I'm stupid?" He said he couldn't give me the cash and could only put it back on my cardHe then proceeded to say very hateful things to me about what he thought of meAnd, then told him that I'm the customer and that he shouldn't go insulting a customerHe then told me to never come back and I said that I don't ever plan on coming back since they can't communicate and I was lied to and insulted
